Our Story
“We started with a simple belief: that building something well with the right materials, the right team, and honest communication is its own reward.”
Prasad Construction began as a small residential remodeling outfit in San Jose. Over 15 years we grew into a full-service general contractor handling everything from ADUs to commercial build-outs across the entire Bay Area. The name on the truck hasn’t changed, and neither have our standards.
More than 60% of our work comes from repeat clients and their referrals the best measure of a contractor’s reputation. We serve homeowners, property investors, small business owners, and developers across San Jose, Saratoga, Cupertino, Campbell, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, and the wider Bay Area. Whether it’s a kitchen remodel in Cupertino or a commercial fit-out in Santa Clara, we bring the same standard to every project.
What Sets Our Construction Company Apart
Four commitments we make to every client, without exception.
Integrity
We say what we mean, write it down, and do what we said. No hidden charges, no scope creep without conversation. Ever.
Craftsmanship
We take pride in the details others cut corners on. Our standard: would we be comfortable if this were our own home?
Communication
You’ll never have to chase us for an update. Regular progress reports and one point of contact from start to finish.
